Best thing to do is call and confirm. I booked and got a email confirmation but when I arrived at the hotel I had no room because they over booked. The person at the desk did upgrade me to a nice suite.

I can only answer b). It is fine, quite complete and yummy although a little bit expensive in my opinion. But really good.

The hotel is 15-30 minutes away from South Beach.
